Ocean Winds has signed a contract with Euroports to provide port support during deployment of the 30MW Golf du Lion floating project off the south of France.
The port operator will offer use of the port of Port-La Nouvelle during construction.

Euroports will provide logistical support for the installation phase, in particular the assembly operations of the wind turbines on the foundations.
The contract implementation phase is mid-2023.
The developer, in a consortium including Banque des Territories, reached financial close on the project earlier this year.
It plans to commission the wind farm in 2023.
