Ofgem has granted a licence to the Transmission Capital Partners consortium to own and operate the transmission assets for the 402MW Dudgeon offshore wind farm off the Norfolk coast of England.
Transmission Capital Partners is a consortium comprising International Public Partnerships Limited, Amber Infrastructure Group and Transmission Investment.

The consortium has also reached financial close on the OFTO ownership deal for the assets worth £297.9m.
It was selected by Ofgem through the fifth tender round in which bidders were able to compete to become offshore transmission owners.
