PEAK Wind has named Nicolaj Mensberg as its new chief executive officer, effective 1 August 2025, as the company enters its next phase of growth.
He will succeed co-founder and current CEO Michael Rask Andersen, who will remain actively involved as chair of the board of directors, focusing on strategy, business development, and client engagement.

Andersen, who co-founded PEAK Wind in 2017, said: “Now is the right time to pass the baton and welcome fresh perspectives… I remain fully committed to PEAK Wind’s continued success.”
Mensberg said: “I’m honoured to join PEAK Wind at such a pivotal time… I look forward to working closely with our clients to maximise operational value and drive the energy transition forward.”
