PGE and Orsted is inviting suppliers to a virtual meeting about the construction of the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm, which will be 2500MW when both phases are completed.
Tomorrow from 10.00am to 11.30am, investors will present the progress of works related to development of the project off the Polish coast.
This will include connection infrastructure to the transmission system, the Baltic Sea potential for the development of offshore wind power, the legal framework for the construction of offshore wind farms in Poland, and the partnership in performance of Baltica 2+3 – a presentation by PGE and Orsted.
Also on the agenda will be the project timetable and milestones, the updated status of procurement processes and the timetable of future procurement activities, and the formal aspects of awarding public contracts in the proceedings carried out and the tools used in the procurement process.
The scope and plan of forthcoming tender procedures and investment milestones will also be discussed.
The Baltica Offshore Wind Farm, comprising two stages of Baltica 2 and Baltica 3, is the largest offshore wind project in Poland in the first phase of market development until 2030.
