A new British subsea remotely operated vehicles (ROV) company has officially launched itself after securing a contract with a UK Marine Trust.
Bristol-based Rovco said it will offer ROV, underwater integrity, surveying and subsea services for the oil, gas and renewables sectors.
The company was founded by chief executive Brian Allen (pictured), who previously managed ROV systems at Deepocean.
Rovco said it is aiming to be a leading ROV and inspection company within three years, with the capacity to carry out underwater inspection projects across the globe.
