Subsea 7 has unveiled its proposed executive team from the planned combination of its renewables business unit with OHT.
Seaway 7 ASA will be managed by an experienced executive team led by Stuart Fitzgerald as chief executive officer.

Both companies are pleased to confirm the following appointments, who will report to Stuart Fitzgerald.
Torgeir Ramstad will be EVP vessels and offshore resources, Steph McNeill is chief operating officer, Harke Jan Meek chief commercial officer and Mark Hodgkinson chief financial officer.
The company said the combination is subject to customary approvals.
The two companies reached agreement in July to combine Subsea 7’s renewables unit with OHT.
