Orsted has signed a six-year framework agreement with Trelleborg for the supply of a cable protection system for the Danish company’s upcoming offshore wind farms.
The NjordGuard protection system is made from API 17L certified Uraduct material and is custom-engineered for both array and export cables, Trelleborg said.
Trelleborg offshore business manager for global developing markets Andy Smith said: “We are honoured to be selected as a key supplier of cable protection systems by Orsted.
