German transmission operator TennneT has issued a tender for platform supply vessel providers to service offshore platforms in the German and Dutch North Sea.
The contractor will be responsible for providing the vessel and crew, and for providing a continuous service. The vessel must be DP Class 2.
The three-year contract involves transportation of materials such as “certified containers, break bulk cargo and various liquids”, food and consumables “as well as for disposal services”. It does not involve passenger transportation.
The start and end point of the tours is the German port of Emden.
The contract is scheduled to start on 15 April 2020 and will be twice subject to renewal for one year following the initial 36-month period.
The deadline for tender applications is 5 November 2019 by 2pm local time. Tenders must be submitted in English.
