The US Senate Committee on Energy & Natural Resources is holding a hearing today to examine offshore wind.
The hearing, in Washington DC, which is also being conducted online, covers marine and hydrokinetic energy, and alternative fuels for maritime shipping.

The hearing’s witness panel includes Walter Cruickshank, acting director, from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Equinor Wind US CEO Siri Espedal Kindem and Ocean Renewable Power Company CEO Stuart Davies.
The hearing will be webcast live on the committee’s website, and an archived video will be available shortly after the hearing concludes.
