PNE Wind has sold the up to 584MW Atlantis 1 offshore wind farm in the German North Sea to Vattenfall.
Vattenfall will take control of the proposed project “upon closing of the sale and purchase agreement, which is still subject to various closing conditions”, PNE said.
The company said the purchase price is a “lower double digit million euro amount.”
PNE added that it will remain involved in the project as service provider.
