Vestas is planning to build a new blade factory in India, according to its third quarter results.
The Danish manufacturer said the plant will support its “operations in the India market as well as potentially servicing other markets”.
Vestas said the decision to build the factory is “part of the execution of the group’s strategic plan”.
No other details, such as size or timetable for completion, were provided in the statement.
