US developer Apex Clean Energy has promoted Mark Goodwin to the role of chief executive and president.
He replaces Sandy Reisky, who will become chairman of the board and chief strategy officer.
Goodwin acted as president and chief operating officer since 2010.
Apex, based in Virginia, develops and operates wind farms and solar parks across the US.
“It is an honor to assume leadership of Apex as we mature as a rising leader in utility-scale wind and solar generation,” Goodwin said.
