Swedish renewables developer Eolus has completed the 163MW Kraktorpet wind farm in Sweden and sold the project to Aquila Capital.
A deal was struck between the two parties in December 2017 for Kraktorpet, which is located in Sundsvall municipality, to be sold to Aquila on completion.
The wind farm, which comprises 43 Vestas V136 3.8MW turbines, was built by Eolus and Aquila provided construction financing.
“All conditions for the fulfillment of the transaction regarding the wind farm have been met and final payment have occurred,” Eolus said.
The final purchase price amounts to €173.5m, it added.
Eolus will provide asset management services for Kraktorpet.
Vattenfall will buy and manage the output of the wind farm, as well as provide balancing services, under an agreement signed with Aquila in September.
