Arise has entered into a five-year full-service agreement with WP Green Service GmbH for its three GE onshore wind farms comprising 21 turbines in total.
The agreement, which will take effect from 1 January 2021, will see WP Green Service take full responsibility for all components, while operating costs will decrease and a continued high availability level will be guaranteed.
Arise CEO Daniel Johansson said: “We are very happy to partner up with WP Green Service for the service of our GE-fleet of wind farms.
“Together with the recently communicated increase in service life and the contemplated refinancing later this fall, this service agreement is an important part of the puzzle in achieving long term profitability in our own wind farms.”
Managing director of WPGS GmbH, a consortium of the companies WP Group and Green Wind Group, Manuel Lasse added: “We are pleased that Arise is building on our comprehensive service competence and that we enjoy trust in Sweden.
“With committed teams on site and on the technical control systems, we will fully meet the expectations placed on us.”
