Bachmann Electronic has acquired a team of 10 to boost its wind automation solutions business.
With more than 20 years’ experience in turbine control technology, the new team, located in Rendsburg/Budelsdorf in Germany, will focus on the global turbine retrofit market.
Bachmann said its retrofitted turbines are now compliant with advancing technical requirements, with increased cyber security and optimized operator safety.
The Bachmann M1 automation system offers software components for older turbines, including SCADA and condition monitoring systems that meet global standards.
