EDP Renewables has inked an agreement with Amundi Energy Transition to sell a 121MW wind portfolio in France and Belgium.
The agreement gives EDPR the right to sell the entire portfolio for an estimated enterprise value of €0.2 billion to several companies managed by AET.

The portfolio comprises 12 operational onshore wind projects. Eleven of these are located in France, while the remaining wind farm is in Belgium.
All 12 wind farms have been in commercial operation for around five years.
Financial close is expected to be reached in 2025.
