Spanish company Elecnor is to construct the Vientos Patagonicos wind farm in Chile for a joint venture made up of ENAP and Pecket Energy.
The $22m project will comprise three 3.45MW turbines, with construction starting in the first quarter of 2019.

Elecnor said work on the wind farm should be completed by the end of next year.
Vientos Patagonicos will be located about 20km north of Punta Arenas in the Magallanes region of southern Chile.
