Italian energy company ERG Power Generation is acquiring six wind farms in Germany totalling 48.4MW from funds managed by DIF.
The projects came into operation in 2007 and have annual production of about 84 gigawatt hours, ERG said.
The company paid €14.4m for the projects, corresponding to an enterprise value of approximately €40m.
The deals are expected to close in the second quarter of 2017, after obtaining the relevant antitrust approval in Germany.
