Italian company ERG has completed the acquisition of three wind farms in Germany from a subsidiary of Aquila Capital for an undisclosed price.
ERG said the purchase has been concluded following authorisation by the antitrust authority and the consent of the lending banks.

The unnamed wind farms are located in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania region in the north-east of Germany.
ERG said that the 34MW brings the company’s total installed capacity in the country to 272MW.
