ESB and Coillte have reached financial close on the 33.1MW Castlepook wind farm in County Cork in Ireland.
Bank of Ireland will provide debt finance for the project, which has an overall investment of €64m, the companies said.
The wind farm was granted planning permission from An Bord Pleanála in 2013 and will comprise 14 Nordex turbines.
It will connect to the existing electricity distribution system at Charleville via an underground 38kV cable that will be installed as part of the construction works.
