Danish renewables developer and operator Eurowind Energy will acquire a 48MW wind project under development in southeast Romania.
The transaction comes months Eurowind acquired another 48MW wind project.

A legal team Nyerges & Partners led by Mihaela Nyerges advised Eurowind on the deal.
“We are delighted to have assisted Eurowind Energy A/S in another M&A transaction for adding a new project to its already rich Romanian portfolio of renewable projects.
