Gamesa will deliver almost 100 turbines to India later this year after the company bagged orders worth 198MW.
The Spanish outfit said that 50 G114-2.0MW turbines are set to make their way to an unnamed wind farm in the Karnataka region. The turbines will be commissioned in March 2017.
A further 12 G114s have been chosen by another wind farm developer in the area, the company added.
Elsewhere, Gamesa has secured two turnkey construction contracts for two further unnamed wind farms in Rajasthan.
One project will feature 25 G97-2.0MW turbines while the other will feature 12 of the same G97 hardware.
Both projects will be commissioned by the end of the year.
