Asset manager Commerz Real has acquired the 18MW Tout Vent wind farm in France from the renewables arm of Germany company BayWa for an undisclosed price.
The project, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, features Nordex turbines that were grid connected in August.

Tout Vent also comes with a 20-year state feed-in tariff.
BayWa r.e. is to stay on manage operations at the site, which is close to the Bay of Biscay.
Commerz Real said the project will become parts of its Kilmavest impact fund.
“As a result we are tapping important investment opportunities for our investors and further diversifying our portfolio,” said Timo Werner, a fund manager for Klimavest.
Commerz Real added additional purchases of wind farms and solar parks in France are planned.
