German private equity group CEE has acquired the 27.6MW Vormark wind farm in Brandenburg from Green Wind Energy and European Energy.
The project consists of eight Vestas V126 3.45MW turbines with 137-metre hub heights.
It was commissioned in February and March.
CEE Operations is responsible for the commercial operations, while Green Wind Operations will take on technical operations.
The acquisition brings CEE’s portfolio to about 585MW.
CEE Group chief executive Detlef Schreiber said: “We are pleased to have grown further in our core German market by acquiring the Vormark wind farm.”
