Wind Works Power has closed the sale and achieved commercial operation of a 10MW wind farm in Germany.
The company said the project was acquired construction ready from a private developer last year and consists of four Nordex N117 wind turbines.
The wind farm has an investment value of approximately $20m, Wind Works said.
The company financed the project, ordered Nordex wind turbines, and constructed and delivered it turnkey.
Wind Works said it has signed an agreement with a municipal utility consortium that owns a majority stake in the project.
The company has a minority stake option, subject to funding its portion of the equity.
