Greenbacker Renewable Energy has provided a $25.9m turbine supply loan to Greenfield Wind Manager to support the construction of a 25MW wind farm in Teton County in Montana.
The project is being developed by Foundation Windpower in partnership with a local developer and is expected to reach commercial operation during the fourth quarter of 2016.
It will consist of 13 GE 2.3MW wind turbines.
The loan is repayable in full on the project achieving commercial operation.
