HSH Nordbank has provided ABO Wind with €30.2m for the 26.4MW Silovuori wind farm located 100km south Oulu in Finland.
ABO Wind expects to commission the wind farm, which consists of eight Vestas V126 units, in December 2016.
Following the financial close, Silovuori was acquired from ABO Wind by a fund managed by German asset managers KGAL.
International law firm Watson Farley Williams has advised HSH Nordbank.
The WFW team was led by Hamburg-based partner Thomas Hollenhorst, with support from senior associate Alexander Wojtek and associate Pascal Unger.
WFW also worked with its Finnish correspondent law firm Krogerus on the deal.
