Ignitis Renewables has signed an agreement to acquire a 200MW hybrid wind and solar project under development in Latvia.
The project is in the early stage of development with estimated start of construction in around 2025–2026 and commercial operation date in around 2027–2028.

The completed project will operate under market conditions.
Ignitis Renewables signed a conditional agreement to acquire 100% of a Latvian company which is developing a wind and solar project in Latvia, following approval by the board of its parent company Ignitis.
The acquisition will help ensure Ignitis Group reaches 4GW of installed renewables capacity in operation by 2030, as part of its strategy.
