Innergex Renewable Energy revenues rose to C$149.5m (€100m) in the second quarter of 2018, up 37% on the same period last year.
The company said its performance was largely “influenced by the facilities recently acquired or commissioned together with improved performance especially at our wind farms in Quebec”.
Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to C$99.1m, up 15% on the same period in 2017.
Innergex president and chief executive Michel Letellier said: “The overall performance of our facilities as well as the addition of our major acquisition achieved in February 2018 are the main contributors to our strong results in the quarter.
“We have made several strategic moves since the end of the quarter which will benefit Innergex in the future.”
