Innogy UK has erected four of the 17 Senvion MM92 turbines at its 34.85MW Goole Fields II wind farm in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The project is scheduled to start commercial operations next year, the energy company said.
The turbines have a total height of 126.5 metres, Innogy UK added.
On completion, the wind farm will increase the existing Goole Fields I wind farm, constructed in 2014, from 16 to 33 turbines, with an expected total output of more than 67MW.
