Civil engineering outfit Jones Bros is on track to deliver Renewable Energy Systems’s 30.6MW Garreg Lwyd Hill wind farm in Wales on time.
The company is the main civils contractor for the 17-turbine project located between Felindre and Llanbadarn Fynydd in Powys.
Jones Bros expects to be on site until next March and the turbines will starting operating in Spring, it said.
The contractor started work in January on a £2m enabling works package involving a 3.5km track up to the wind farm site.
