Lagerwey is to supply Foundation Wiek-II with four 2.5MW wind turbines for the Nijmegen-Betuwe wind farm.
Construction will start in April, with the first electricity to be produced in September.
Foundation Wiek-II’s Pim de Ridder said: “Lagerwey is a good partner for wind farm Nijmegen-Betuwe.
“Their turbines are a perfect fit for the intended location and we expect that the machines will contribute significantly to the energy transition of Nijmegen.”
