Lithuanian developer Ignitis Group has signed an agreement for a loan from Northern Investment Bank to build the Pomerania wind farm in Poland.
Ignitis said the €33.5m loan is a first-call guarantee agreement and is planned to be repaid by 31 December 2035.

The Pomerania wind farm is located in the Pomeranian province in Poland and is scheduled to be fully operational in the spring of 2021.
It has an expected production capacity of 300 gigawatt-hours of electricity a year, Ignitis said.
