EDP Renewables revenue was up 4% in the first quarter of 2017 to €528m, from €508m in the same period last year.
However, earnings and net profit were both down in the quarter by 2% and 9% respectively.
EBITDA was €373m in the first three months of the year, down from €379m in the first quarter of 2016. Net profit fell to €68m from €75m.
Earnings were hit by lower wind resources and the impact of operating costs related to property taxes in the US, the company said.
Installed capacity stood at just over 10GW at the end of March, an increase of 702MW from the 9.35GW installed at the end of the first quarter of 2016.
