Nordex is to supply a further 29 turbines totalling more than 113MW to the Syvash wind farm in Ukraine.
The German manufacturer will deliver N131/3900 machines for the project’s second phase, having secured an order for 34 of the same units in February for the first stage of the wind farm.

Nordex contract partner is Powerchina, which will build the wind farm for the local developer SyvashEnergoProm, a joint venture of Norwegian company NBT AS and Total Eren.
The electricity generated by Syvash will be sold to state-owned company Energorynok – Ukraine’s wholesale electricity market operator.
Syvash is to be built in the region of Kherson, on the north shore of Lake Syvash.
