OX2 has been selected to run the technical, commercial and financial management of a 253MW wind farm in Sweden.
The MB2 North wind farm, outside Pitea, consists of 63 turbines and belongs to the greater cluster of Markbygden.
MB2 North has signed a “long-term full suite management package to ensure optimal asset performance”.
MB2 North is owned by investors managed and serviced respectively by Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP).
“We look forward to being responsible for the management of MB2 North.
“With its experience and knowledge, EIP is a partner that we have a very fruitful relationship with, focusing on the highest quality and proactivity”, said Lars Bryngelsson, managing director of OX2 TCM.
This will be the eighth externally-built wind farm where OX2 TCM has technical and commercial management responsibility.
OX2 is responsible for the technical and commercial management of wind farms in Sweden, Finland, Lithuania and Poland, with a total installed capacity of about 3.5GW.
