German developer PNE Wind is seeking to offload either part or all of a 152MW portfolio of wind farms.
The company said the board will pursue the divestment instead of a previously considered initial public offering in a standalone vehicle.
“This is based on the executive board and supervisory board’s assessment that a portfolio sale is primarily a more secure transaction than an IPO,” said PNE.
Major partners and other strategic companies will be targetted.
PNE has a track record of successfully developing and selling pre-construction and/or operational wind farm projects.
