Senvion has signed six conditional contracts to supply wind turbines totalling more than 60MW in Schleswig-Holstein in Germany.
The German manufacturer will supply an additional 22 machines from its 2MW and 3MW ranges to four wind farms operated by Bürgerwindpark im Kirchspiel Medelby.
The four wind farms, which have been operational since the start of 2015, already feature 27 Senvion 3.2M114 and MM92 units.
Bürgerwindpark im Kirchspiel was founded in 2009 to develop the four wind farms and consists of about 360 limited partners.
Senvion Deutschland managing director Hendrik Böschen said: “We are particularly happy to continue the existing business relationship with Bürgerwindpark im Kirchspiel Medelby with six new contracts in the future.”
