Statkraft has completed access roads for a section of its 1GW Fosen wind farm in Norway.
The company said tracks (pictured) to the Roan project had been completed ahead of full construction.
Statkraft is also currently building roads into the 288MW Storheia phase. Other projects in the cluster include Harbaksfjellet, Kvennedalsfjellet, Geitfjellet and Hitra 2.
Vestas is supplying top-shelf V112 and V117 turbines optimised to 3.6MW each.
Turbine deliveries to the wind cluster are due to begin in 2018.
