Femstenaberg, which is located in Stromstad municipality, will comprise seven Siemens Gamesa SG155-6.6MW machines.

It is expected to deliver on average about 123.2 gigawatt-hours of electricity a year, covering about 24,700 Swedish households.

Lursang is located in Tanum municipality and will feature three Siemens Gamesa SG155-6.6MW turbines

Average production will be about 50.9GWh a year, corresponding to household electricity for about 10,200 Swedish households.

Arjang Northwest 2 will consists of eight Vestas V150-4MW units that will produce about 111.7GWh a year for around 22,300 households.

Construction will be carried out by Kanonaden, while Ellevio will provide the grid connection for all three projects.

The wind farms are expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

Rabbalshede Kraft chief executive Peter Wesslau said: “These are wind farms that we have worked with for a long time, therefore we are very happy that we can now end 2020 with finished agreements.

“We look forward to working with our subcontractors, landowners and local actors, to build and operate the parks so we create benefits and values at the local level, while we can deliver sustainable energy for a long time to come.”
