Under the terms of the deal, Romande Energie will acquire 50% of six projects at the start of development, 100% of seven other projects in advanced development, 80% of a secure project and 100% of a wind farm in operation.
Calyce teams will continue to develop all projects until they are secured, Romande Energie said.
The transaction is expected to be finalised in the coming weeks after the lifting of the contractual conditions precedent, the company said.
