TPI Composites has extended and expanded an agreement with Nordex to supply wind turbine blades from its Izmir manufacturing facility in Turkey through to 2020.
The US company said annual volume at the plant is also being increased as a result of improvements in cycle time and productivity.
The Turkish-made blades are for Nordex projects in Turkey and for export to other locations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, TPI said.
TPI has been operating in Turkey since 2012 and has been building wind blades for Nordex since 2013.
