The Renewables Infrastructure Group has acquired the 40MW Tille et Venelle wind farm in Burgundy, France, from Envision Energy for €30m.
TRIG said Tille et Venelle was developed by Velocita Energies, a Paris-based Envision Group company, which is currently managing the construction of the wind farm.

The project will feature 16 Envision EN-131 2.5MW turbines and is due online in the first quarter of 2020.
It has a 15-year subsidy in the form of an inflation linked Contract for Difference with EDF.
As a result, the project has no power price risk for the duration of the subsidy term, TRIG said.
RES is contracted as owner’s engineer on behalf of TRIG.
TRIG now has 1363MW of projects in its portfolio.
