French developer Valorem has inaugurated its 18MW Thibie et Cheniers wind farm in the Marne department in north-eastern France.
The project features nine Vestas V100 2MW wind turbines and will be producing 53,000MWh per year.
Valorem subsidiary Valrea SAS oversaw the installation works.
Eiffage TP and Fondéole were contracted to carry out levelling and foundation installation works.
The developer’s subsidiary Valemo is now running the wind farm.
Valorem was founded in 1996 and employs 160 people. The company operates projects in France, the Caribbean, Northern Europe and Africa.
