Vasa Vind has begun commercial operation of a 60MW wind farm in Sweden.
The Raftsjöhöjden wind farm features GE 5.5MW-158 turbines.

The Raftsjöhöjden wind farm is located in Strömsund municipality, directly next to two other Vasa Vind wind farms, Munkflohögen and Åskälen.
The three wind farms jointly feature 114 turbines, amounting to nearly 400MW.
Together they supply 1% of the total power consumed in Sweden.
Vasa Vind CEO Mattias Sjöberg said: “Vasa Vind would like to extend our warmest thank you to our project partners GE Renewable Energy, Stenger & Ibsen and Jämtkraft for the great cooperation and for a construction phase performed with the absolutely highest health and safety standards.”
