Vayona Energy has signed a 702MW wind power agreement with Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited to supply 195 turbines across Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
The company said the deal strengthens Tata Power’s wind portfolio and takes Vayona beyond the 2GW mark in India.
It added that it is ramping up production facilities to meet demand while reinforcing its Make in India commitment, with more than 3.6GW in orders and over 2GW installed as of December 2025.
“This landmark agreement signed marks a significant milestone as we accelerate our journey in India,” said Prashant Jain, executive vice chairman of Vayona Energy.
“We deeply value TPREL’s continued trust and look forward to advancing collaboration and driving sustainable growth together”, he added.
