Vestas turbine components for the 100MW Manantiales Behr wind farm in Argentina have arrived at the port of Comodoro Rivadavia in the South American country.
The $200m wind farm is being developed by YPF Energía Eléctrica and will consist of 30 turbines.
It will be built in two 50MW phases in the southern Argentine province of Chubut.
YPF Energía Eléctrica said two ships have brought the first 55-metre rotor blades and tower sections, which will have a total height of 84 metres.
