In Vestas’ latest round of layoffs in Denmark, 90 employees are being let go.
Around two thirds – 60 – of these positions are in Aarhus.

In a statement, the turbine manufacturer said the layoffs follow a careful business review.
“It’s always hard to let go of valued colleagues, but we must ensure that our organisation reflects our priorities.
“Following the reductions, Vestas continues to have a strong presence in Denmark with more than 6700 colleagues across our sites,” Vestas stated.
