Vestas is to supply turbines to Andali Energia in Italy for the 36MW Andali wind farm in Calabria.
The order covers 10 V136-3.6MW machines for delivery and commissioning in the second quarter of 2019.
Andali Energia managing director Gaetano Canosinohas said: “I’m proud of my team; we have dedicated a lot of time and have spent a lot of energy to start this adventure. This goal represents the opportunity to improve our experience and to collaborate with primary suppliers in the wind energy market.”
