Airengy is examining acquisitions in Poland worth about €51 million across solar, battery storage and wind projects.
The company said the transactions include solar projects totalling around 34MW, a 24MW standalone battery energy storage system with about 100MWh capacity, and an 8MW wind project.
It added that the moves form part of its strategy to establish a multi-technology electricity generation and storage platform in Poland.
In the solar segment, Airengy has signed a binding offer to acquire three project companies for about €20 million with a target commercial operation date of October 2027.
The company has also signed a non-binding memorandum to acquire eight standalone storage projects with a combined capacity of around 100MWh for an indicative €16 million.
A separate non-binding offer has been signed to acquire an 8MW wind project for about €15 million.
Subject to completion, Airengy will own around 100MWh of standalone storage, 68MW of solar capacity and about 8MW of wind capacity in Poland.
The company intends to enhance the solar portfolio by adding storage and strengthening its position as a power producer in the Polish market.
